Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

1. What Countries We Ship To?

We provide shipping service for many countries in these area: North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and more.

Please note that we currently cannot ship to Russia, Ukraine, Palestine, Sudan, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Iraq, Yemen, Syria, Somalia, Libya, Haiti, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Myanmar, Gaza, Niger, Colombia, Mali, or any military bases (APO, FPO, DPO), among other restricted regions.

2. Delivery Time

Total delivery time contains handling time and transit time. (This does not include potential customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)

Handling Time: within 1 business day if in stock. We handle, ship, and deliver packages six days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Transit time:  the estimated transit time is based on customer locations.

North America: Delivered within 2-7 business days.

  • USA: Delivered within 2-7 business days (West Coast: typically 2-3 days, Central: 3-5 days, East Coast: 5-7 days).
  • Canada, Mexico, and other North American countries: Delivered within 7 business days.

South America: Delivered within 3-8 business days.

Europe: Delivered within 4-7 business days.

Southeast Asia: Delivered within 3-5 business days.

Middle East: Delivered within 3-7 business days.

Africa: Delivered within 4-9 business days.

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan: Delivered within 2-4 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders.

3. How Will My Shipment Be Delivered?

We partner with several logistics companies like DHL and FedEx to ensure your orders are dispatched promptly.

  • For the USA, orders are shipped from our local warehouse in United States.
  • For other regions, orders are first shipped by sea to the local port, then delivered by local logistics companies.

4. Duties and Taxes

Please note, Macsecor may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Frequently Asked Questions about Delivery

1. Can I Change the Shipping Address After Shipping?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it quickly enters the fulfillment stage. Customers can edit the shipping address within 1 hour of placing the order via the order confirmation page or through the confirmation email. After this period, we will print the shipping label, and further address changes will not be possible.

2. Will all my products shipped together?

We will do our best to ship all products in your order together. However, some items may be shipped separately.

3. How to track the order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track it by here: https://www.macsecor.com/order-tracking/

4. What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

5. Why Items Not Received But Marked as Delivered?

We do not provide refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered. We recommend having items delivered to a secure address. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox or contact your local post office.

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, Macsecor is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  1. Carrier access issues at the delivery address.
  2. Recipient actions, including refusal to pay duties/taxes, refusal to accept delivery, address changes post-shipment, or incorrect address/contact details.
  3. Force majeure events, including unforeseeable weather conditions, natural disasters, communication system failures, government actions, and postal regulation changes.
  4. Confiscation of goods due to local law violations.
  5. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided during checkout.
